Digital Aerotriangulation

Basis for photogrammetric evaluation of aerial photographs is the aerotriangulation. Aerial photographs are joined in a rigid network and are oriented within a coordinate system by means of ground control points. These georeferenced aerial photographs are required for digital topographic maps, digital terrain models, orthophotos and digital aerial maps.

The software SocetSet (LH Systems) enables us to process several thousand aerial photographs. Long years of experience make it possible that we can supply large networks of aerial photographs with an accuracy of a few centimeters for photogrammetric evaluation.

Through usage of the software PATB we can also use GPS in triangulation.

New possibilities by inertial system

A new dimension in orienting aerial photographs is brought by the use of "Aero Control" (IGI). Hereby orientation data are already acquired in flight and postprocessed with adequate software so the orientations can be used directly (without regular AT) or can be integrated into an aero triangulation. Both ways we can offer faster service at a lower price.
